1.2D*38mm VSF (Hight Whiteness)
1.2D * 38MM Bright White Viscose Staple Fibre
Viscose staple fibre is a regenerated cellulose fibre made from natural wood pulp.
Known for its soft, smooth texture and gentle sheen, it is widely used in apparel, home textiles, nonwoven fabrics, hygiene products, and blended yarns.
This specification is particularly suitable for ring spinning and other textile systems, offering excellent spinnability and stable yarn quality. Its fine denier gives fabrics a refined surface and a luxuriously soft hand feel, making it ideal for high-end and comfortable garments. Fabrics made with viscose staple fibre also have a silky drape and natural breathability, adding elegance and comfort to every design.
The fibre provides good loft, structure, and absorbency, and blends beautifully with cotton, wool, or synthetic fibres to enhance texture, appearance, and overall performance.Derived from natural cellulose, viscose staple fibre is fully biodegradable and environmentally friendly. It is easy to process, versatile in blending, and helps create durable, soft, and easy-care fabrics that feel as good as they look.

Using field
1. Medical and Hygiene Applications
Thanks to its excellent moisture absorption and breathability, viscose staple fibre is widely used across the medical and hygiene industries. It is an essential material for products such as cleaning cloths, gauze, surgical gowns, protective garments, sponges, and baby diapers. Its softness and purity make it particularly suitable for applications that require both comfort and safety.
2. Nonwoven Fabrics
Viscose staple fibre is also a preferred choice for nonwoven products such as facial masks, sanitary pads, wet wipes, and dry wipes. Naturally safe and skin-friendly, it offers exceptional softness and comfort, making it ideal for use in personal care and hygiene products.

Fire-Retardant Viscose Staple Fibre
This fibre is a regenerated cellulose fibre derived from natural wood pulp and engineered with inherent flame-retardant performance.
Unlike conventional surface-treated fibres, its flame resistance is built into the fibre structure, ensuring durable and stable fire performance even after repeated washing.
When exposed to flame, the fibre demonstrates excellent self-extinguishing characteristics without molten dripping. During combustion, it forms a stable and dense char layer, which effectively inhibits flame spread and provides thermal insulation protection.
In addition to its fire-retardant properties, the fibre maintains the natural advantages of viscose, including:
Excellent moisture absorption and breathability
Soft and comfortable hand feel
Good spinnability and blending compatibility
Biodegradability under natural environmental conditions

1.33dtex*32mm Viscose Staple Fibre
Viscose staple fibre is a kind of regenerated fibre made from cotton, wood or other natural fibre.
The fibre is produced through a series of processes including alkalization, aging, and xanthation, which convert cellulose into soluble cellulose xanthate.
This is then dissolved in a dilute alkali solution to form viscose, and finally spun into fibre through wet spinning. Conventional viscose fibre possesses typical physical, mechanical, and chemical properties, and is often referred to as artificial cotton, artificial wool, or artificial silk.
