Hollow Conjugated Siliconized Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre
OVERALL INTRODUCTION
Bi-component virgin hollow conjugated siliconized polyester staple fiber is made from 100% virgin PET chips.
Bi-component fiber refers to a polyester staple fiber structure composed of two different polymers, typically in a sheath-core configuration. This structure enables stable crimp formation and hollow performance, providing excellent resilience, high loft, and a soft, down-like hand feel.
With its excellent balance of softness, bulkiness, and long-lasting resilience, this fiber is widely used as a premium filling material for high-end bedding and home textile applications.
In addition, its semi-dull appearance provides a more natural and textile-like aesthetic, making it widely preferred in bedding products. It also offers stable opening and blending performance in downstream processing.
